Article R2112-12 du Code de la commande publique
Dans les marchés à tranches, le prix de chaque tranche est actualisable dans les conditions déterminées aux articles R. 2112-10 et R. 2112-11.
Cette actualisation est opérée aux conditions économiques observées à une date antérieure de trois mois au début d'exécution des prestations de la tranche.
