Article D2111-3 du Code de la commande publique
Le montant annuel des achats prévu à l'article L. 2111-3 est fixé à cinquante millions d'euros hors taxes.
Afin de déterminer le montant total annuel de leurs achats, les pouvoirs adjudicateurs et les entités adjudicatrices soumis à l'article L. 2111-3 prennent en compte les dépenses effectuées au cours d'une année civile dans le cadre de leurs marchés à l'exception de ceux relevant du livre V de la présente partie.
