192. Termination notice at the end of a three-year period

If the minimum duration of the commercial lease is nine years (Article L. 145-4, para. 1 Commercial Code), the lessee and the lessor have the option to terminate the lease early by giving notice at the end of a three-year period (Article L. 145-4, para. 2 and 3 Commercial Code).
