Notice may be given when the lease reaches its term for the contractual expiration, during the period of tacit extension (Article L. 145-9 Commercial Code), as well as prematurely at the end of the three-year period (Article L. 145-4, para. 2), or at any time when the tenant retires or is granted a disability pension (Article L. 145-4, para. 4).
