244. Unilateral termination at the end of the three-year period

If the minimum duration of the commercial lease is nine years (Article L. 145-4, para. 1, Commercial Code), the lessee and the lessor have the option to unilaterally terminate the lease in progress by giving notice at the end of each three-year period (Article L. 145-4, para. 2 and 3, Commercial Code).
