251. Suspension of the implementation and effects of the resolutory clause

The termination clause takes effect automatically upon the expiration of a one-month period following an unheeded demand . Nevertheless, since the Law of 31 December 1989 , the court may suspend the execution and effects of termination clauses by granting grace periods to the lessee (Art. L. 145-41, para. 2, Commercial Code), regardless of the breach of obligations .
