14. Premises belonging to the same owner or to different owners

According to Article L. 145-1, I, 1° of the Commercial Code, to be subject to the status of commercial leases, ancillary premises must belong “to the owner of the premises or building where the main establishment is located,” who, in this case, is presumed to be aware of the joint use of the premises.
