716. Notification de la concentration

Les participants à une concentration doivent notifier à l'Agence de toute concentration avant sa mise en œuvre, et au plus tard 30 jours après la conclusion du contrat, l'annonce d'une offre publique ou l'acquisition d'une participation de contrôle.
