Le ministre établit des règlements concernant le calcul du chiffre d'affaires aux fins du contrôle des concentrations et de la notification des concentrations. Le ministre a adopté un tel règlement dans la loi sur la concurrence nº 808 du 14 août 2009 et l'arrêté exécutif sur la notification des concentrations nº 976 du 13 août 2010. …
