124. Freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services

The authorization constitutes an EU-wide passport, is valid for the entire territory and allows an investment firm to provide the services or perform the activities, for which it has been authorized, in any of the Member States, either through the establishment of a branch or the free provision of services (Art. 6).
