The State granting the aid must, without delay and in accordance with the procedures under its national law allowing the immediate and effective execution of the Commission's decision (Regulation No 2015/1589, art. 16), abolish the unlawful aid entirely or, at least, officially inform the Commission of the measures of abolishment adopted .
