Distribution contracts are examined under European law through the intermediary of the rules on competition. We will first look at how competition law applies generally to vertical agreements (Ch.2) and the characteristics of the system of control set up (Ch.3), before describing in detail the legal rules relative to the various types of distribution agreements.
