323. Enforceability of the closure of liquidation.

The closure of the liquidation marks, in accordance with Article L. 237-9 of the Commercial Code, the final step in the dissolution process. At this stage, the liquidator must convene the partners to present the final liquidation account, failing which any partner may request the court to appoint a representative responsible for convening the meeting.
