The 2 August 2005 Dutreil Law established the possibility of setting down special terms of sale within the same category of purchasers: “Furthermore, any producer, service-provider, wholesaler or importer may draft special terms and conditions with a purchaser of goods or services, justified by the specificity of the service rendered, which are not subject to the disclosure obligation”.
