The EGalim 3 Law has, without making any major changes to the regime applicable to wholesalers, enshrined and reorganized the provisions applicable to them, previously scattered across various articles in the Commercial Code.
New Article L. 441-1-2 brings together all the provisions relating to general sales conditions, as well as the definition of “wholesaler”.
