Certain products or services may not be the subject of audiovisual commercial communication, usually for reasons of protection of public health. Directive No 2010/13 prohibits all forms of advertising promoting:
- cigarettes and other tobacco products,as well as electronic cigarettes and refill containers, whether by direct or indirect advertising ;
