The Law of 1963 provided that enforcement officers could require communication by advertisers of all documents to support their investigation. The Law of 1973 further strengthened the powers of the Administration by authorizing it to require the advertiser to make available to it any evidence to justify the allegations, indications or presentations of the advertisement.
