Article L. 121-19 (former Article L. 121-35) of the Consumer Code limits the prohibition of sales with bonuses to bonuses of products, property or services. The term “property” was added by the Ordinance of 1 December 1986 , to include real estate sales in the scope of the regulations on sales with bonuses. Case law strictly interprets these provisions.
