Pursuant to Article L. 132-2 (former Article L. 121-6) of the Consumer Code, the organizer of an advertising lottery found guilty of misleading commercial practices incurs, since the Hamon Law, a penalty of two years' imprisonment and/or a fine of EUR 300,000.
