333. Accelerated sale of the stock

A closing-down sale, by a reduction of prices, must aim for “the accelerated sale of all or part of the goods of a commercial establishment” (Article 310-1, paragraph 1, Commercial Code). A sale at discounted prices cannot be considered a closing-down sale if it is not announced as being for the sale of all or part of the goods .
