Article L. 111-1, 2° of the Consumer Code, in its latest version now expressly provides that at the pre-contractual stage, the professional must communicate to the consumer, in a legible and understandable way , “the price or any other benefit provided instead of or in addition to the payment of a price pursuant to Articles L. 112-1 to L. 112-4-1” .
