422. Contractual warranty

As Article R. 212-1, 6° (former Article R. 132-1, 6°) of the Consumer Code prohibits clauses whose purpose or effect is to eliminate or reduce the user's right to compensation in the event of a breach by the professional of its obligations, any contractual warranty clause which, directly or indirectly, prevents the buyer from fully benefiting from a legal guarantee, is unfair.
