Sales on temporary premises were regulated for the first time by the Law of 30 December 1906. For there to be a sale on temporary premises, three conditions had to be met: the sales had to be accompanied or preceded by advertising, carried out in premises not usually intended for the trade concerned, and be really or apparently occasional .
