Articles L. 217-1 and L. 217-2 of the Consumer Code limit the scope of the legal guarantee of conformity - and that of the commercial guarantee - to contracts for the sale of tangible moveable property, to which contracts for the provision of moveable property to be manufactured or produced are assimilated , such as, for example, customized goods or contracts of sale for a future thing.
