Article L. 441-1 (former Article L. 213-1) of the Consumer Code condemns the fact of misleading the contractual partner on the “composition or content in useful principles” of the goods. Few decisions refer to the concept of “content in useful principles”. In practice, courts tend to prefer the concepts of deception as to the composition or the substantive qualities of the product .
