Article L. 413-2 (former Article L. 213-4) of the Consumer Code prohibits the holding, without legitimate reasons, in the places listed, i) of inaccurate devices for weighing or measuring goods, ii) adulterated, corrupted or toxic foodstuffs or products, iii) products, objects or devices that can be used for the falsification of products.
