577. Remuneration of the sales representative.

The remuneration is fixed by common agreement between the parties (ANI, Articles 5 and 5-1). The contract must determine the rate of remuneration of the sales representative. In effect, the person who is bound to the employer by commitments determining the rate of remuneration qualifies as a sales representative (Labor Code, Article L. 7311-3).
