330. Warranty against latent defects

The licensor must guarantee the licensee against all latent defects affecting the transferred rights which may prevent their use, even if he or she was unaware of them at the time the license agreement was concluded. The licensee must be indemnified against any losses suffered as a result of such defects (Article 1721 Civil Code).
