Any natural or legal person may file an application before the INPI based on one of the grounds of absolute invalidity of Article L. 711-2 of the Intellectual Property Code, or invalidity of the guarantee or collective mark of Articles L. 715-4 and L. 715-9 of the Intellectual Property Code (Art. L. 716-2, I IP Code).
