The transferor has two main obligations: to deliver the design to the transferee, and to provide a warranty (Art. 1603 Civil Code).
Delivery is effected by physical handover of the registration certificate to the transferee, or by authorized use of the certificate by the transferee (Art. 1607 Civil Code).
