In assessing individual character, account is taken of the designer's freedom to implement the design (Art. L. 511-4, para. 2, IP Code) . The greater the designer's freedom in creating a design, the less likely it is that minor differences between conflicting designs will be sufficient to produce different overall impressions on the informed user .
