1406. SMEs' immunity

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) may be immune from financial penalties for agreements that may infringe the Chapter I prohibition and conduct that may infringe the Chapter II prohibition. This immunity does not, however, apply to price fixing agreements. Statutory Instrument 2000 No 262 indicates the criteria used to determine if agreements or conduct is of minor significance.
