821. Appeals before the competition Tribunal

The ACCC's decision not to grant an authorization may be reviewed on the merits by the Competition Tribunal. The Tribunal is required to reach a decision within three months of receiving the application for review. In special circumstances, the Tribunal may extend the period, with an additional 60 business days (Division 3 of Part IX of the Act).
