975. Appeals against decisions of the Competition Authority

Decisions of the Competition Authority may be appealed to the Competition Appeals Committee within four weeks from the time of the notification of the decision to the undertakings concerned. The decision of the Appeals Committee must then be rendered within six weeks from the date of the appeal (Section 9).
