994. Abuse of a dominant position

The prohibition of abuse of dominant position is provided by Section 4 of the Competition Act: “No enterprise or group shall abuse its dominant position.”
An undertaking is in a dominant position where it is able to act independently of competitors or affects its competitors or consumers in its favor.
