Decisions of the Office of Economic Affairs may be appealed to the Government within 14 days following service (Section 7(1)).

Representations or appeals against decisions of the Government may be referred to the Administrative Court (Section 7(2)).

Decisions of the EU Commission in relation to the EEA competition rules can be appealed to the EU General Court and the Court of Justice.

Decisions of the ESA may be appealed to the EFTA Court in Luxembourg.

National courts may also refer cases to the EFTA Court in order to receive an opinion on the interpretation of EEA law.
