1207. Appeals against decisions of the FAS

The parties can appeal FAS decisions and instructions to a commercial court within three months from the day when the decision was made or the instruction was issued. If an arbitration court initiates proceedings on an appeal against a determination, execution of the determination of the FAS shall be suspended until the day when the judgment of the arbitration court comes into effect. …
