1232. Appeals against decisions of the CCCS

Appeals of CCCS decisions are made by lodging a Notice of Appeal with the Competition Appeal Board (CAB) within two months of the infringement decision. The CAB may hear appeals on infringement findings by the CCS in respect of Sections 34 or 47 of the Act.
