1260. Appeals against decisions of the Competition Tribunal

The Competition Appeal Court has exclusive jurisdiction for judicial review of the Competition Tribunal (Section 61 of the Competition Act). The Competition Appeal Court may affirm, modify in part or reverse the decision of the Tribunal. It may qualify the infringements differently, raise the administrative fine or lower it.
