19. Appeals against decisions of the Cartel Court

According to Section 58 of the Cartel Act, the parties can appeal against the Cartel Court's decisions. Appeals from orders of the Cartel Court are made to the Supreme Court acting as the Supreme Cartel Court (Kartellobergericht) in second and last instance.
