59. Appeals against decisions of the Competition Board

Appeals against decisions of the Competition College may be lodged before the Markets Court within the Brussels Court of Appeals within 30 days of notification of the decision. The Markets Court rules with full jurisdictional powers on the admissibility of concentrations and, if applicable, the sanctions imposed (Section IV.79).
