97. Interim relief

Before issuing any decision, the CCA may order interim relief pursuant to Article 51 in cases of urgency due to the risk of serious and irreparable damage to competition if it finds prima facie evidence of the existence of anticompetitive acts prohibited by law which must be removed immediately.
