288. Appeals against the decisions of the Competition Authority

The Paris Court of Appeal has exclusive jurisdiction for judicial review of the Authority's decisions. An appeal must be brought within one month of the adoption of the decision by the Competition Authority (L. 464-8 CC), except where the decision concerns interim measures.
