298. The decision of the Authority

The Competition Authority may, pursuant to the terms of Article L. 430-7 CC, prohibit the merger, modify it or authorize it by reasoned decision.
If none of the above decisions is announced, the Authority will inform the Minister of the Economy thereof. The concentration is tacitly authorized at the end of the period allowed for the Minister to preempt the case. …
