302. Appeals against decisions of the Competition Authority and of the Minister of the Economy

According to Article R. 311-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice, the Council of State (Conseil d'Etat) is competent to hear appeals for abuse of its power against the decisions of both the Competition Authority and of the Minister of the Economy in concentration cases. Appeals may be brought within two months of publication of the Ministerial decision in the official register.
