379. Appeals against decisions of the HCA

Appeals against a decision of the HCA may be submitted to the HCA within thirty days of notification of the decision. Further appeals are then transferred to the Metropolitan Court within thirty days of receipt of the claim (Section 83). The Metropolitan Court may overrule a decision of the HCA, and no further review of the Court's decision is possible. …
