387. Conditions and commitments - Divestiture

Pursuant to Section 30, in its wording resulting from the 2013 amendment, the HCA may subject its approval to the fulfilling of certain conditions in order “to eliminate” (previously 'to mitigate') the negative effects of the concentration. The HCA may publish a provisional version of its clearance decision to allow third-party comments.
