498. Appeals against a decision of the Competition Council

Appeals against the Competition Council's resolutions which complete the examination of a concentration may be filed before the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court. A written complaint must be lodged within 20 days of the delivery or the publication of the Council's decision. Unless the Court decides otherwise, the appeal has no suspensive effect.
