The prohibition in Article 5 on the abuse of dominance mirrors the provisions of Article 102 TFEU. Article 5 prohibits “any abuse by one or more undertakings of a dominant position” in the market and goes on to provide a non-exhaustive list of practices that may constitute abuse.
