529. Appeals against rulings of the Civil Court (Commercial Section)

Since the 2019 Act, the Office for Competition and the undertaking(s) concerned may, within 20 days of the date of the ruling issued by the Civil Court (Commercial Section), lodge an appeal before the Court of Appeal.
